Creating Teams

Set up teams for your club's sports and activities.

Create a New Team​

  1. Go to Teams in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Team
  3. Enter team details:
    • Team name
    • Sport
    • Division/age group
    • Season
  4. Click Save

Team Settings​

Configure team options:

Basic Information​

  • Team name and abbreviation
  • Home venue
  • Team colors
  • Team logo/badge

Categories​

  • Sport type
  • Age group (U13, Senior, etc.)
  • Gender (Men's, Women's, Mixed)
  • Competition level

Capacity​

  • Minimum players
  • Maximum roster size
  • Positions available

Team Seasons​

Teams can span multiple seasons:

  1. Create a new season
  2. Copy roster from previous season
  3. Make adjustments
  4. Archive old seasons

Team Templates​

For similar teams each year:

  1. Create a template
  2. Define standard structure
  3. Clone for new seasons
  4. Customize as needed
