Club Profile Settings

Configure your club's basic information and branding.

Basic Information​

  1. Go to Settings > Club Profile
  2. Update your details:
    • Club name
    • Registration number
    • VAT number (if applicable)
    • Year established

Contact Details​

Add your club's contact information:

  • Physical address
  • Postal address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Website URL

Branding​

  1. Click Upload Logo
  2. Select image file (PNG, JPG)
  3. Crop to fit
  4. Save

Your logo appears on:

  • Invoices and receipts
  • Member communications
  • Reports
  • Mobile app

Club Colors​

Set your primary and secondary colors:

  • Used in email templates
  • Member portal theme
  • Reports

Social Media​

Link your social accounts:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Twitter/X
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn

Operating Hours​

Set your standard hours:

  • Weekday hours
  • Weekend hours
  • Holiday closures
  • Special hours

Timezone & Locale​

Configure regional settings:

  • Timezone
  • Date format
  • Currency
  • Language
