Price Schedules

Configure pricing for your membership types and services.

Creating a Price Schedule​

  1. Go to Settings > Pricing
  2. Click New Price Schedule
  3. Configure:
    • Name (e.g., "2024 Membership Fees")
    • Effective dates
    • Membership type
    • Amount
    • Billing frequency

Pricing Options​

Annual Billing​

Single yearly charge:

  • Full amount due on renewal
  • Option for early-bird discount
  • Late payment penalties

Monthly Billing​

Recurring monthly charges:

  • Set monthly amount
  • Choose billing date
  • Auto-generate invoices

Quarterly Billing​

Every three months:

  • Divide annual fee by 4
  • Bill on set dates
  • Good for cash flow

Proration​

For members joining mid-year:

  1. Enable proration in settings
  2. Choose calculation method:
    • Daily: Exact days remaining
    • Monthly: Full months remaining
    • None: Full fee regardless

Example: R1,200 annual fee, joining July 1st

  • Daily proration: R600 (6 months)
  • Monthly proration: R600 (6 months)

Discounts​

Apply discounts to pricing:

Family Discount​

  • First member: Full price
  • Additional members: Percentage off

Early Bird​

  • Discount for early renewal
  • Set deadline date

Senior/Junior​

  • Age-based discounts
  • Auto-applied based on DOB

Price History​

Track pricing changes:

  • View historical rates
  • Compare year-on-year
  • Understand revenue changes
