Creating Events
Schedule training sessions, matches, and club activities.
Create an Event
- Go to Schedule
- Click New Event or click on a date
- Enter event details:
- Event name
- Type (Training, Match, Meeting, etc.)
- Date and time
- Duration
- Location/venue
- Add participants:
- Specific teams
- All members
- Selected individuals
- Set notifications
- Click Save
Event Details
Configure event settings:
Basic Information
- Title and description
- Date, start time, end time
- Recurring options (weekly, monthly)
Location
- Venue selection
- Room/field assignment
- Address and directions
Participants
- Teams or groups
- Individual invites
- Capacity limits
- Waitlist options
Notifications
- Reminder timing (1 day, 1 hour before)
- Cancellation notices
- Follow-up messages
Recurring Events
For regular activities:
- Create the first event
- Click Make Recurring
- Set pattern:
- Weekly (every Monday)
- Bi-weekly (every other week)
- Monthly (first Tuesday)
- Set end date or number of occurrences
- Save series
Edit one or all occurrences later.
Event Registration
For events requiring signup:
- Enable registration
- Set registration deadline
- Set capacity
- Track RSVPs
- Send confirmation emails
