Creating Events

Schedule training sessions, matches, and club activities.

Create an Event

  1. Go to Schedule
  2. Click New Event or click on a date
  3. Enter event details:
    • Event name
    • Type (Training, Match, Meeting, etc.)
    • Date and time
    • Duration
    • Location/venue
  4. Add participants:
    • Specific teams
    • All members
    • Selected individuals
  5. Set notifications
  6. Click Save

Event Details

Configure event settings:

Basic Information

  • Title and description
  • Date, start time, end time
  • Recurring options (weekly, monthly)

Location

  • Venue selection
  • Room/field assignment
  • Address and directions

Participants

  • Teams or groups
  • Individual invites
  • Capacity limits
  • Waitlist options

Notifications

  • Reminder timing (1 day, 1 hour before)
  • Cancellation notices
  • Follow-up messages

Recurring Events

For regular activities:

  1. Create the first event
  2. Click Make Recurring
  3. Set pattern:
    • Weekly (every Monday)
    • Bi-weekly (every other week)
    • Monthly (first Tuesday)
  4. Set end date or number of occurrences
  5. Save series

Edit one or all occurrences later.

Event Registration

For events requiring signup:

  1. Enable registration
  2. Set registration deadline
  3. Set capacity
  4. Track RSVPs
  5. Send confirmation emails
