Create and customize dashboards for different needs.

Default Dashboards

Pre-built dashboards for common use cases:

Committee Dashboard

For board meetings:

  • Membership summary
  • Financial overview
  • Key decisions needed
  • Upcoming events

Operations Dashboard

For daily management:

  • Today's events
  • Outstanding tasks
  • Recent signups
  • Facility status

Finance Dashboard

For treasurer:

  • Cash flow
  • Outstanding payments
  • Revenue trends
  • Budget vs actual

Creating Custom Dashboards

  1. Go to Reports > Dashboards
  2. Click New Dashboard
  3. Name your dashboard
  4. Add widgets:
    • Charts
    • Tables
    • KPI cards
    • Lists
  5. Arrange layout
  6. Save

Sharing Dashboards

Share with your team:

  1. Open the dashboard
  2. Click Share
  3. Choose recipients:
    • Specific users
    • Roles (e.g., all committee)
  4. Set permissions (view/edit)
  5. Share

Scheduled Reports

Automate report delivery:

  1. Create or open a dashboard
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Choose recipients
  5. Select format (PDF, link)
  6. Save schedule
